The mission was to create a brand spectrum for Luan Airways. We firstly did minings, Insights and extensive research on the aviation industry.
This exercise was done to come up with a unique image and brand personality that can give an edge amongst the tough competition and serve the brand purpose geographically.
Reliablity, Safety, Connectivity were three strong pillars to strategize the entire campaign for the brand. That was the brand positioning we wanted to cater to the audience’ mind. Luan is the Pride of Assam, that was the message to be communicated around. We developed an emotional connect, since it was competing with other domestic airlines.
The Ambulance service by Luan happened to be the masterstroke because of the territory advantage. A service indeed for the client in need. This perception enhanced the value proposition for the brand further.
